Clinic Registered Nurse (RN) – Full-Time, Anchorage, AK – Up to $64.23/hr at Providence Health and Services summary:

The Clinic Registered Nurse (RN) delivers comprehensive nursing care in an ambulatory care setting, addressing physical, emotional, and spiritual patient needs throughout the lifespan. This role involves care coordination, assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care both in-person and via telehealth. The RN collaborates with healthcare team members and maintains compliance with nursing standards and regulatory requirements.

Description

The Clinic RN provides comprehensive nursing care for patients in an ambulatory care environment based on individual physical, emotional, spiritual needs, and appropriate care strategies throughout the lifespan. This position facilitates care coordination by using the nursing process to assess, identify, plan, implement, and evaluate all aspects of care and teaching needs via direct and telephonic/telehealth or electronic encounters. This role works in collaboration with other members of the health care team. The Clinic RN maintains compliance with professional nursing standards and regulatory requirements and supports clinicians in delivering quality health care to patients. Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing school
• Associate's Degree in Nursing or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Upon hire: Alaska Registered Nurse License
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• 18 months professional nursing experience

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
