This role is pivotal in ensuring the site meets its impact, revenue, district partnership, and external relations goals. The Executive Director will be responsible for leading and managing a team of 22 staff members and 70 AmeriCorps members, with a focus on people and culture, student impact, and private sector fundraising. Key responsibilities include building and empowering teams, fostering a culture of inclusivity and teamwork, and leading efforts to keep students in school and on track.
