Salesforce Application Developer & IT Support Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions for outreach and facilities management. Manage data migration, integration, and system configuration. Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system reliability. Train users and create documentation. Monitor system performance, implement security controls, and maintain data integrity. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver enhancements. Hours Full-time 37.5 hours per week Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm Hybrid - office 3 days per week Requirements Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field. 5+ years of Salesforce development and administration experience. Salesforce Administrator certification required. Experience with Salesforce customization, data migration, and integration. Strong problem‑solving, communication, and project management skills.
