If you’re looking for an exciting, rewarding career helping customers find the right motorcycle, watercraft, ATV, SXS, or snowmobile and not stuck behind a desk then THIS IS THE JOB FOR YOU! We’re looking for the best of the best to join our company. We have a full lineup of motorcycles, ATVs, SXS, personal watercraft, and snowmobiles at our power sports dealership, in Waukesha, WI. 2023 is our best year yet and we're multiplying our team of FULL-TIME sales consultants immediately!

With a heavy emphasis on customer service, you'll discuss features and benefits of vehicles to established and new customers in-person, on the phone, and via e-mail in a friendly, professional and honest manner. You'll need to exude a passion for power sports (not difficult when you're surrounded by the coolest toys on the planet). You'll invite customers to the dealership and follow up with them during and after the sales process to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

Your office is the largest power sports showroom in Southeast Wisconsin, packed with new and used products for you to showcase. Action Power Sports is a dealer for Honda, KTM, Polaris, Can-Am, Ski-Doo, Sea-Doo, Suzuki, Polaris Slingshot, SSR, Kawasaki, and Yamaha WaveRunner. Your office view can’t get any better than that!

Qualifications:

• Friendly, confident, and genuine personality
• Customer service oriented
• Strong conversation skills
• Attention to detail, organized, and ability to prioritize
• Highly motivated and willing to take initiative (make it happen)
• Able to multi-task while being courteous and positive
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must have a strong work ethic

Qualifications

• Available to work flexible hours and weekends

• Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred

• Ready to waste no time on learning new product in’s and out’s, eager to improve

• Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members

• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance

• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
