GW's ASC delivers same-day surgical care across ENT, plastics, general surgery, ortho, and other specialties. The center operates in a high-efficiency model emphasizing safety, speed, and patient comfort.
The ASC Nursing Manager provides clinical and administrative leadership to ensure the delivery of outstanding ambulatory surgical care in a streamlined and supportive setting.
Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree preferred.
Licensure: Current RN license or eligibility to practice in the District of Columbia.
Experience: 5+ years in surgical nursing settings, 1+ year in management. Experience with CMS and AAAHC standards preferred.
Certifications: BLS, ACLS required; CNOR or CAPA certification preferred.
Skills: Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.
