Our client, a mission-driven healthcare organization , is seeking a strategic and experienced National Director of Payer Sales to lead growth initiatives focused on Medicare supplement plans . This role is ideal for a hunter-style business development leader passionate about driving impact in healthcare through payer partnerships that improve outcomes for families and caregivers.
What Youll DoIdentify, engage, and build strategic relationships with Medicare lines of business across payer organizations
Lead the full sales cyclefrom outreach and negotiation to long-term relationship development
Collaborate with product, marketing, clinical, and operations teams to craft value-driven solutions aligned with payer needs
Act as the voice of payer stakeholders , translating insights into actionable strategy and product direction
Develop a transparent, data-driven sales process with strong CRM discipline
Secure key partnerships that expand access to innovative dementia care solutions
6+ years of payer sales experience , specifically within Medicare supplement plans - REQUIRED
Proven success closing large, complex deals in the Medicare space - REQUIRED
Strong network of payer decision-makers in Medicare supplement markets - REQUIRED
Startup or high-growth experience with a focus on new business development - REQUIRED
Understanding of Medicare Loss Ratio (MLR) and medical economics - REQUIRED
Formal sales training and a disciplined, data-oriented approach - REQUIRED
