Experience:

• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

• Must have at least 24 months of Labor & Delivery Unit experience.

• Experience with CPSI is preferred from any number of months.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Texas license or compact license (required for submission).

• Local & travel allowed.

Additional Details:

Labor & Delivery / Post Partum / Nursery / Antepartum

Required Skills/Experience: Must be able to care for antepartum, labor, postpartum, and nursery.

Preferred Skills/Experience: OB circulator experience preferred.

Technology Used on Unit: CPSI/Evident

Unit/Facility Details: Bed Size: 50-149

Shift & Scheduling: Holiday Coverage Required: Yes

Floating requirements Post Partum, Obstetrics RN, Nursery, Antepartum

7 days maximum time off

1 reference from last 12 months (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission

Driver’s license required

Certifications:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)

• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program – 8th Edition)

• STABLE (Sugar, Temperature, Airway. Blood Pressure, Lab work and Emotional Support)

• Intermediate AWHONN FHM (Intermediate Fetal Heart Monitoring)
