Candidates must be located in the Los Angeles area – (West Hollywood, Hollywood, Burbank, San Fernando Valley area preferred.)
EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT POSITION
Monday through Friday: 930AM – 630PM
$65K SALARY
You must have executive assistant experience with references to apply for this position and MUST BE LOS ANGELES BASED.
Small office looking for a new executive assistant to a Grammy Award winning music Artist in West Hollywood.
Some duties are:
Checking email, writing daily emails and reminders, and scheduling.
Maintaining the office supplies, kitchen supplies (food, coffee and tea), and office atmosphere (replacing light bulbs, printer toner, etc).
Must have a car for dropping packages and mail off to the executive’s house (Hollywood Hills) at the end of each day.
Accepting packages, collecting mail, and logging these items in with the Office Admin.
We would prefer to have someone with a work history in talent agencies, but are open to people with Executive Assistant experience.
At times you would need to assist in writing scripts, taking the dictation of letters, and relaying other notes to the Office Administrator.
This position sometimes requires late nights, or some weekend work. We have a production company and often late nights and a weekend day for a drop off might be necessary.
Often times fast paced, and often times there is down time. We are really looking for a motivated, well-mannered and well-presented individual who possesses the listening and communication skills to cater to the needs of the executive without complaint.
