We are a dentist recruiting company working with a very reputable, private office that is seeking an associate dentist. They have many established patients already as well as many new patients each month. They are averaging 4.8 stars out of over 500 hundred of online reviews.

The office has a mix of PPOs and Fee for Service. They do not accept HMOs nor Medicaid. The office is a state of the art one, with digital impressions, CAD-CAM, CT Scans, and same day in house crowns. They have an experienced and long tenured staff of assistants, hygienists and front desk that all work very well together. They have very low turnover and a FUN working atmosphere!

They are ideally seeking an experienced dentist, but would consider new grads as well, since they can provide excellent mentoring. Great opportunity to collaborate with the other dentists in the office also.

General dentistry procedures is all that is required. If proficient in more advanced procedures that is a plus but it is not required. They are ideally seeking an experienced dentist that can practice independently at the office.

Associate Dentist Requirements:

Doctor of dental surgery (DDS) or doctor of medicine in dentistry (DMD).
State license to practice dentistry.
CPR certification.
Proven experience working in a dental practice.
The ability to use various dental instruments and equipment.
The ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
The ability to work in a team.
Good hand-eye coordination.
Excellent communication skills.
