You will be responsible for the rapid and accurate input, verification, and maintenance of confidential client and policy information into proprietary systems. This role is essential to maintaining the integrity of business records and ensuring smooth operational efficiency. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume office environment.

salary: $17 - $18 per hour

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently enter high volumes of detailed client and policy data from source documents into enterprise systems.

• Verify and audit data entries against source materials to identify and correct discrepancies, ensuring a high level of data quality and accuracy.

• Prepare, organize, and maintain digital records and files in compliance with company standards and retention policies

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a data entry, administrative, or clerical role.

• Exceptional typing speed and data input accuracy

• High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (formatting, data review).

• Ability to work diligently and independently within a structured, professional office setting in Columbus, GA.
