About the Role:

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to manage and oversee all sales contracts involving federal, state, county, and local government agencies - including our GSA Contract . This is a dynamic position ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of administration, compliance, and sales strategy.

You'll play a vital role in identifying government bid opportunities, supporting submissions, and keeping our contracts compliant and competitive. If you're a highly organized professional who thrives in a collaborative environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Register the company with relevant government bidding platforms to receive current contract opportunities.

• Support bidding efforts in collaboration with the sales team - particularly for projects involving umbilical fabrication and specialized diving equipment.

• Administer and maintain our GSA Contract , including:

  • Keeping product listings current

  • Coordinating with suppliers and customers

  • Ensuring compliance with all GSA terms and conditions

• Respond to RFQs (Requests for Quotation) and other contract solicitations in a timely and professional manner.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid Driver's License

• High School Diploma or equivalent (minimum)

• Prior experience managing contracts or contract administration

• Ability to read and interpret complex written documentation

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and able to learn internal CRM tools

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with government contracts (federal, state, or local)

• Background in Commercial, Public Safety, or Military Diving industries

Work Environment & Schedule:

• Flexible hybrid or in-office setup available

• Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

• Casual, family-oriented team culture

• This position involves extended periods of computer-based work

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $40,000-$60,000 DOE (Depending on Experience)

• Incentives: Commission + Performance Bonuses
