Warehouse Associate to join their

Contract to Hire Pay Rate: $21/hr
Shift: Monday–Friday, 8 am–4:30 pm
Duties and Responsibilities: The role of the Warehouse Associate is to support Assembly and Sales by completing the following duties:
- Receive incoming packages. Log and distribute accordingly.
- Verify goods received, match receiving paperwork for raw materials
- Cleanliness of warehouse
- Process returns in an accurate fashion
- Process daily put away of finished goods
- Routine cycle counting, with accurate counts of open goods in warehouse locations
- Stage production batches and pulling raw materials First In First Out
- Assist drivers with loading or unloading incoming and outgoing freight & orders
- Operate a box truck as needed for local deliveries and pickups
- Ability to resolve warehouse & inventory issues
- Assist outbound order prep (e.g., picking, relabeling, wrapping, dimensions, weight, and staging)
- Safe operation of reach trucks & ensuring reach trucks are in working order at all times
Qualifications: - Minimum of High School/Trade School/Vocational School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- 3+ years of relevant experience, manufacturing a plus
- Experience in reach truck is required
- Able to use power equipment such as forklift, reach truck and other devices used in the warehouse environment to load, unload, move, stack, and transfer materials
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
- Basic knowledge of computers; experience in Google applications preferred
- Ability to lift 40+ lbs
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
