Job Title: Reach Truck Operator
Location: Irving, TX
Reports To: Shipping/Warehouse Manager

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Shipping Associate to support our team in Irving, TX. In this role, you'll play a critical part in ensuring that customer orders are shipped accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation at all times.
Accurately pick, stage, and label customer orders based on pick tickets.
Load shipments in line with vendor guidelines and complete all required shipping documentation.
Unload finished goods (FG) and work-in-progress (WIP) from production; place items in proper storage and document SKU data accurately.
Follow all directions from the Shipping/Warehouse Manager or their designee.
Report any issues related to product quality, equipment, safety, or conduct immediately.
Operate powered lift equipment and always follow safety procedures, including wearing safety glasses.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Shift Supervisor or their designee.
Prior experience operating reach truck, cherry picker and sit down forklift is a must
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience:
Previous warehouse, shipping, or logistics experience preferred.
Forklift or powered lift vehicles is a MUST
Skills & Attributes:
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully.
Basic math skills and accuracy in documentation.
Ability to lift and move heavy items.
Commitment to safety and a compliant workplace.
Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.

Starting Pay: $17.00 per hour
Shift days: Mon- Fri
Shift hours: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM
