About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of Revenue Operations & Analytics to lead a team dedicated to donor data insights, CRM oversight, and revenue analysis. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic fundraising leadership, ensuring CRM data hygiene, and providing analytical support to enhance performance across all revenue channels. The role requires proven expertise in CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, and a strong ability to analyze donor data for strategic decision-making. Exceptional leadership skills, extensive knowledge of philanthropy best practices, and experience in advanced data techniques are essential. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, adaptable, and collaborative leader, with a focus on driving revenue growth and enhancing the donor experience.
