Overview UI/UX Designer - Junior. Location: Ada, MI (Hybrid/Remote options available). A client is seeking a Junior UI/UX Designer to join our Digital Experience team. This role focuses on supporting design efforts in Figma, specifically around creating, updating, and maintaining components within our design system. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and usability across our digital platforms. Key Responsibilities Build and refine reusable components in Figma aligned with the existing design system. Assist in organizing and maintaining Figma libraries and files for clarity and scalability. Work closely with senior designers, developers, and product teams to support ongoing initiatives. Apply design standards and brand guidelines to ensure consistency across global markets. Support documentation and handoff processes for development teams. Qualifications 1-2+ years of experience in UI/UX design. Strong working knowledge of Figma, including component creation and file management. Basic understanding of responsive design and design systems. Detail-oriented with a collaborative mindset. Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills Familiarity with Agile workflows and tools like Jira or Confluence. Experience working with global or multilingual design environments. Exposure to eCommerce or customer experience platforms. Experience Level Entry Level Pay And Benefits Pay range: $20.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on job classification and length of employment.
