\nGENERAL DESCRIPTION / PURPOSE:
\nThe Technical Instructional Designer is responsible for developing curriculum and training programs for Loram’s customer care teams and customers. This role focuses on enhancing the competencies and skills of team members by designing effective blended learning solutions that support Loram’s Operations programs. The position ensures superior workforce preparation through the development of performance metrics, particularly for technically skilled employees.

\nREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
\nEducation: BA/BS degree Communications, Education, Business Data analytics or a related field
\nExperience : 3+ years experience in Training and Development or Instructional Design. Prior curriculum design. Delivery of adult classroom and e-learning solutions and proven experience designing multiple training events. Utilize instructional design methods SAM and ADDIE, Blooms Taxonomy and Allen’s CCAF expertise (or like models).
\nKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:

\nExperience: Instructional Designer, Designing Learning Certificate, Needs Assessment Certificate, Master Trainer, Adult Learning Certificate.

\nLoram determines compensation based on factors such as skills, competencies, education, and/or experience. Certain positions may be eligible for an annual bonus and paid time off in addition to base compensation.
\nStarting pay for the position is between $69,000.00 - $86,000.00
