Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available at an elementary school located in Lancaster, SC. This contract role spans the remainder of the current school year, running from January 19, 2026, through June 3, 2026. The position offers the opportunity to work onsite within a supportive environment alongside another speech pathologist at a single campus, with no travel required during the school day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech-language pathology services to elementary students
  • Collaborate with educators and support staff to implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Monitor and document student progress in accordance with district guidelines
  • Participate in team meetings and parent conferences as needed

Qualifications:

  • Active ASHA Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) status
  • Valid South Carolina LLR license and SC Department of Education certification (preferred to have on hand)
  • Prior experience working as a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist strongly preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work full time on-site throughout the contract term
