Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A K-12 school located in Chugiak, AK, is seeking skilled Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) for a contract position lasting through the current school year (CSY). This is an onsite role with no telepractice options, providing a consistent, full-time schedule to support student communication needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy to students across approximately two school sites, primarily focusing on elementary levels
• Manage a caseload averaging 47 students, implementing individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with educators and families to support student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school district policies and regulations

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Alaska certification and licensure as an SLP or SLPA are mandatory
• Relevant credentials including CCC-SLP preferred
• Experience working in school settings with K-12 students
• Strong communication and organizational skills essential

Position Details:

• Location: Anchorage area, onsite work only
• Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week (8.5 hours daily with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break)
• Start date: Immediate availability preferred
• Two openings available
