Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in a dynamic K-12 educational setting in Seattle, WA. This position is a leave coverage contract, commencing as soon as possible and concluding on March 20th. The role involves direct, in-person work with students across grade levels, providing essential speech and language support to enhance their academic and social success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver assessment, diagnosis, and treatment services to students from kindergarten through 12th grade.
  • Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers, parents, and school staff.
  • Maintain detailed records of student progress and therapy outcomes.
  • Participate actively in team meetings and multidisciplinary planning.
  • Support students communication needs in a school-based environment.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Experience working with school-aged children (K-12) in a speech-language pathology role.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with educators and families.
  • Knowledge of school policies, procedures, and special education regulations.
  • Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere.
