Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Join an elementary school setting in Conway, AR, as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full school year contract. This role offers the opportunity to work predominantly with preschool students across multiple campuses, providing essential speech and language support to help young learners thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy to a caseload of 36-40 students, primarily preschool-aged.
• Manage therapy services across 3-4 school campuses.
• Collaborate with educators and staff to integrate speech goals within the classroom environment.
• Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and maintain detailed documentation of student progress.

Desired Qualifications:

• Current SLP license or completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
• Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred.
• Experience working in school settings with preschool populations is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and organizational skills to manage caseload effectively.
• Ability to work onsite in Conway, AR.

Location and Schedule:

• Position based onsite at an elementary school in Conway, Arkansas.
• Full-time hours, approximately 35 hours per week.
• Contract term: ASAP start through May 21, 2026.
