Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A rewarding opportunity is available for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide essential support within a school setting in Bemidji, MN. This role offers the flexibility of both part-time and full-time positions, catering to your availability and professional goals. Candidates must hold valid Minnesota school certification and be prepared to work onsite to deliver direct student services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting communication disorders
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to support student progress
  • Monitor and document student performance and communicate findings regularly
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of school-wide intervention strategies

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid Minnesota school certification in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Experience working within educational environments preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with students and staff
  • Ability to manage caseload efficiently while providing high-quality therapeutic services
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards
