• Salary: $97,664-122,080 plus annual target bonus

Position Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver best-in-class assortment and space recommendations that create win-win-win solutions for shoppers, retailers, and suppliers
• Influence and guide retailers' beverage strategies to enhance category performance and drive sales
• Build strong relationships with key internal and external customers to foster collaboration and support
• Identify key business opportunities through collaborative planning and leverage industry insights to advance the Non-Alcoholic Ready-To-Drink Beverage category
• Develop optimized assortment recommendations and shelf schematic planograms using advanced space management principles
• Use data and insights to identify gaps in space utilization and present recommendations that influence customer decisions regarding space and assortment changes
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Required Education and Experience :

• Bachelor’s Degree and 6 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) and 9 plus years of specific experience

Preferred Education and Experience :

• Master’s Degree
