Job Summary:
The Social Media & Digital Content Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic social media campaigns across all major platforms while also overseeing website design and management. This role requires a blend of creative thinking, analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple accounts and platforms with a consistent voice and branding.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage social media strategies to support marketing goals and brand awareness
• Create and schedule engaging content (video, copy, curated assets) across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
• Manage and update company and client websites, including basic design edits, content updates, page builds, and SEO best practices
• Analyze performance metrics and provide monthly reports with insights and recommendations for growth
• Stay current with social media and web trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to align content and website functionality with business goals
• Manage paid social campaigns including ad creative, audience targeting, and performance monitoring
• Respond to community engagement and foster brand interaction across channels
Qualifications:
• 1-2+ years of experience in social media management
• Website management and design experience (WordPress, Squarespace, or similar platforms)
• Basic knowledge of web design tools or builders; understanding of layout, UX, and responsive design
• Proven ability to grow and manage social media audiences across various platforms
• Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and editing skills
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Experience with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.)
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and thrive in a collaborative environment
Preferred:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Experience working in an agency or fast-paced creative environment
