Job Title: Skid Steer Operator - Potato Harvest

Pay: $22/hr (Depending on Experience)
Schedule: Full-time, Seasonal | Day shifts | Overtime as needed

Job Summary:
Express Employment is seeking reliable and safety-minded individuals to operate skid steers during the potato harvest season. The operator will be responsible for moving, loading, and managing potato piles efficiently and safely to support daily production goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate skid steer to move and load potatoes and other materials.
• Maintain safe and efficient operation of equipment at all times.
• Perform routine equipment checks and report maintenance needs.
• Work closely with team members to support harvest and storage operations.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Follow all site safety rules and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience operating a skid steer (required).
• Ability to work long hours and in varying weather conditions.
• Strong attention to safety and detail.
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
