SIMOS is hiring Seasonal Light Manufacturing Associates in Florence, KY, for the industry's biggest and most diverse offerings of promotional products and decorative services. This position is ideal for anyone looking to get into industrial operations and is comfortable working with an industrial sewing machine. This position will provide training for multiple aspects of operations.

• 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:30am-6:00pm; $16/hour + $2 peak incentive = $18/hour

In addition, we will be offering a $250 perfect attendance bonusto any team member who reports to work consistently through the end of the peak season (Bonus per eligibility requirements). The schedule may vary; flexibility is required. Associates must be available to work up to six days per week during the peak season (through December)

Pay Rate: $18.00 / hour

Duties:

• Light novelty item manufacturing in a fast-paced environment.
• Duties include decorating, towel/blanket press operation, packing, and shipping of individual items.
• Must have the ability to perform safe handling and processing of products while standing for long periods.
• Repetitive motion is necessary for production output.
• Attention to detail and quality is important.
• Dependability and attention to positive attendance
• Must be able to work overtime as volume increase

Position Requirements:

• Ability to lift parts weighing up to 30 lbs. without powered equipment assistance
• Visual capacity to clearly recognize, read, and understand standard operating procedures, signs, part number labels, and instructions.
• Ability to see/hear and distinguish sounds and signs that alert, instruct, or notify one of danger, such as warning signs, horns, alarms, speech, and vehicular/pedestrian traffic
• Ability to coordinate maneuvering of varied bilateral hand and foot controls at a rapid pace
• Flexibility to work in either a hot or cold work environment

Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Must be at least 18 years old.Able to Lift 30 pounds., required education: HS Diploma or GED.

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $18.00 - $18.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
