Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a Scaffold Supervisor to assist the E&D Construction Manager in managing all aspects of the E&D department including scheduling, employee development, and recruiting. The Scaffold Supervisor will safely and effectively supervise and direct up to three Foreman 2, who each oversee their crews, to erect and dismantle various types of scaffolding without the direct and continuous supervision of the E&D Construction Manager. Acts as the competent person on site as required by OSHA and per Sunbelt Competent Person Procedures. The role involves mentoring and coaching E&D Foremen and Lead Carpenters to aid in their development. Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent, a minimum of 7 years combined experience in scaffold roles or approved equivalent experience, valid driver’s license, and ability to work safely at heights. Knowledge of OSHA scaffolding rules, scaffold materials, and scaffold design is essential. Physical demands include bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 40 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors.
