Our client, a leader in the financial services industry, is seeking a Salesforce Instructional Designer to join their team. As a Instructional Designer you will be part of the Business Execution support team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate adaptability, strong communication skills, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Salesforce Instructional Designer

Location: Charlotte, NC or   Minneapolis, MN

Pay Range: Based on experience 

What's the Job?

• Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives within Business Execution, contributing to large-scale planning and deliverables.
• Review and analyze Business Execution challenges, providing in-depth evaluations of variable factors.
• Collaborate with client personnel to resolve issues and meet Business Execution deliverables, leveraging understanding of policies, procedures, and compliance.
• Develop and update training materials based on new features, system changes, and user impact analysis.
• Support hands-on training activities, including system interactions such as loan processing and modifications in a training environment.

What's Needed?

• 4+ years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning, or equivalent demonstrated through work, training, military experience, or education.
• Experience with financial services, especially commercial banking and loan lifecycle management.
• Ability to quickly understand and digest materials related to Salesforce systems and features.
• Prior experience in technical training roles, including curriculum development and system interaction training.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to facilitate, resolve issues, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
