What you'll do: As a Sales Performance Analyst, you will be responsible for providing insightful analysis and recommendations to drive business growth and profitability. You will work closely with other members of the business to identify opportunities and help shape strategic decisions.
Responsibilities - Conduct analysis of sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
- Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making around pricing, promotions, and sales performance
- Provide regular reporting and analysis to senior management to inform business decisions
- Work cross-functionally with other teams, including marketing and product, to identify and address issues impacting business performance
- Ad hoc account analysis to assist with preparation for quarterly business reviews.
- Perform daily tracking and insights of booking data for key accounts and segments.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis as needed to support business needs
What we're looking for: - Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in a business analysis or finance role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and experience with financial modeling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Tableau is essential

Good-Faith Salary Range:
- The salary range for this position is between $70,000-$80,000 annually. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
