Primary Responsibilities
• Develop and grow banking business with Japanese corporate clients in the Midwest region.
• Support senior Relationship Managers with business planning, marketing, and sales activities.
• Manage client relationships: understand business needs, oversee accounts, and propose solutions in loans, deposits, transaction banking, FX, and derivatives.
• Prepare lending proposals, negotiate terms, and coordinate credit approvals.
• Promote cross-selling opportunities and enhance client engagement through strong service and product expertise.
• Act as liaison between clients, internal teams, Tokyo HQ, and global offices.
• Provide operational and administrative support as needed.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Economics.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in corporate finance or relationship management.
• Banking experience in U.S. and international markets preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills in both English and Japanese.
• Ability to read and analyze English financial statements.
• Must be able to drive (U.S. driver's license can be obtained after joining).
