We are growing and looking for the next essential member of our team!

Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual looking for a part-time role that offers professional growth? The Georgie Smigel Group, a top real estate team in Cranberry Township, PA, is seeking a Part-Time Transaction Assistant to support our dynamic and high-performing agents.

This is a crucial role where you'll be the backbone of our transactions, ensuring a seamless experience for our agents and clients alike. If you want to contribute four to five afternoons per week to a rapidly growing, values-driven team, we encourage you to apply!

Compensation:

$19 - $24 hourly

Responsibilities:
  • Transaction Management: Maintain precise and current real estate transaction files, ensuring all documents are properly completed, tracked, and filed in a timely manner.
  • Communication Hub: Serve as a clear and effective communicator, coordinating all transaction-related correspondence with clients, agents, lenders, title companies, and other vendors.
  • Administrative Support: Assist the team with essential administrative tasks, including coordinating and scheduling appointments, showings, and closings.
  • Compliance: Proactively manage deadlines and ensure all transaction-related activities adhere to necessary legal and brokerage requirements.
Qualifications:

Required:

  • Exceptional Organizational Skills and meticulous  attention to detail .
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and strong  typing skills .
  • proactive and  problem-solving mindset.
  • A high level of  professionalism and commitment to  confidentiality .

Preferred (A Plus, But Not Required):

  • Previous experience in Real Estate, Title, Mortgage, or a related administrative field.
  • Familiarity with real estate transaction software or CRM systems.
