At Bobcat Property Management, we believe that when property management is performed with integrity and transparency, both tenant and landlords benefit.

  • A strong moral and ethical foundation—integrity is non-negotiable
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in residential property management
  • Active Nevada real estate license
  • Personable, likable attitude
  • Strong work ethic and the ability to self-motivate
  • Confidence balanced with humility
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently while following proven systems and processes

What we offer:

  • This is an Independent Contractor position.
  • Compensation is based on experience, including a base pay plus commissions.
  • Once established, our Executive Property Managers consistently earn $65,000+ annually with no ceiling on pay!
  • A strong, healthy workplace culture
