Overview DFM Development Services continues to grow our team to better serve our clients. We are seeking to hire a full-time Coordinator to assist with our growing Bond Release Services division. The preferred candidate will have relevant working experience in the land development and site development industries, strong customer service and a clear understanding of the bond release process. It is not a comprehensive inventory of all duties, responsibilities, and qualifications required. Responsibilities Research the bonds and agreements on file with the jurisdictions. Compile the paperwork required from engineers, utility companies and developers for the jurisdiction and state bond release checklists. Meet with jurisdiction inspectors to review the paperwork and site conditions. Coordinate with contractors to address deficiencies noted for the project. Walk job sites to verify and document conditions, improvements and repairs made. Facilitate progress toward bond release by developing strong relationships with jurisdiction representatives and maintaining a proactive approach. Work with the internal Director to obtain answers to client questions in a timely manner. Prepare bond extension and reduction paperwork. Follow up with project consultants and contractors as needed to track down bond release related paperwork.
