The Project Coordinator will support a multi-year, federally funded Collective Impact Project focused on supporting vulnerable seniors. This part-time role involves coordinating activities across multiple community organizations, ensuring alignment with project goals, managing reporting and financial oversight, and facilitating stakeholder engagement. The coordinator will maintain documentation, support communication, and contribute to the development of project plans.

Responsibilities:
- Facilitate and synthesize reporting deliverables, including quarterly and annual summaries.
- Prepare documentation for federal reporting submissions.
- Consolidate and reconcile reporting from project partners.
- Maintain structured communications across multiple organizations.
- Document meeting outputs and maintain audit-ready project documentation.
- Contribute to the development and completion of workplans, evaluation plans, sustainability plans, and project closure documentation.
- Maintain project expenditure forecasts.
- Track disbursement schedules across approved budgets.
- Coordinate financial verification and reporting.
- Identify discrepancies and ensure alignment with federal funding agreements.
- Lead structured planning sessions with community partners.
- Facilitate collaboration between multiple organizations.
- Provide documentation outputs following planning sessions.
- Coordinate with local non-profits, municipalities, and equity-serving initiatives.
- Communicate program impacts clearly across stakeholder audiences.
- Support internal audit checklists and reconciliation activities.
- Maintain shared documentation hubs using Microsoft SharePoint.
- Manage document posting, access, and structure.
- Support availability of templates, reporting documentation, and periodic communication materials.
- Maintain active communication with District project owners.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- Demonstrated experience providing coordination support across multi-stakeholder or multi-agency programs.
- Prior experience in community-based program delivery OR social impact initiatives.
- Demonstrated involvement in federal, provincial, or funded community projects.
- Ability to maintain consistent availability weekly, including working onsite at dedicated intervals.
- Strong documentation, synthesis, and reporting skills.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Previous work involving vulnerable senior groups or equity-deserving communities.
- Collective Impact Model implementation experience.
- Work with municipalities, government departments, non-profits, or Indigenous organizations.
- Experience facilitating work planning, evaluation planning or sustainability planning workshops.
- Experience managing budgets, allocation schedules, or structured audit documentation.
- Familiarity with MS Teams, SharePoint, budgeting worksheets, and collaborative documentation environments.
