Identify, research, and prioritize opportunities to optimize product performance to achieve revenue/profitability goals, reduce costs, and increase customer engagement.
Develop business/functional requirements, platform interactions, success criteria and project phasing in conjunction with internal stakeholders.
Customer-centric thinker, who can gather and analyze data to make product recommendations for business cases, understands how customers use our products, and identifies creative ways to test ideas.
