*Position: Head Start Preschool Teacher*

*What You'll Do:*
* Create a nurturing classroom environment for children, parents, and staff.
* Foster intellectual, social, emotional, and physical growth through engaging activities.
* Collaborate with a dynamic teaching team to plan and implement lesson plans tailored to each child's needs.
* Partner with parents to assess children's progress and set personalized goals.
* Ensure compliance with Head Start standards and maintain a well-organized classroom.
* Organize educational field trips and maintain ongoing communication with families.
* Welcome volunteers and document their contributions to enhance our curriculum.

*What We’re Looking For:*
* An Associate's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field, with 21 hours of ECE coursework.
* Experience working with preschool-aged children is a plus!
* Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
* Must pass background checks and drug testing.

*Physical Requirements:*
* Ability to engage actively with children, including bending, lifting (30-50 lbs.), and working in a lively environment.

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
