SNI Companies has partnered with a reputable law firm in the North Dallas area that is seeking multiple Paralegals to join their team. The Paralegal position is responsible for gathering, preparing and summarizing relevant materials for use by the attorneys. A successful candidate will have strong customer service and project management skills, must be able to multi-task, meet deadlines, and have strong organizational and communication skills. Successful candidates will be detail-orientated and professional.

Responsibilities

• Review and draft routine legal documents such as agreements, letters, and memos with attorney supervision
• Create and maintain case files
• Communication with clients in-person, through e-mail and by telephone
• Facilitate the meeting of attorney's deadlines by keeping organized schedules and providing timely reminders
• Attend business development events as needed

Qualifications

• A paralegal certificate is required for this position.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Highly proficient or intermediate within Microsoft Word
• Must be able to work independently and as a team member
• Ability to manage projects and meet deadlines
• Reliable, professional, strong sense of confidentiality and ability to exercise sound judgment
• Prefer one year of experience in a professional administrative role but not necessary
• Law firm experience is not necessary
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
