Location: In-Office Position, San Antonio, Texas

Position Type: Full-Time 

Salary: Negotiable based on experience 

Benefits: Available after 90 days of employment 

Overview:

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Full-Time Paralegal with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional writing skills and a comprehensive understanding of the litigation process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administrative support.
• Reviewing and summarizing documents to support litigation strategies.
• Managing case files and maintaining organized documentation.
• Conducting thorough discovery, including propounding and responding to discovery requests.
• Drafting pleadings, motions, and demand letters with precision and clarity.
• Assisting attorneys in trial preparation and providing support during hearings.
• Organizing and managing real estate transactions, documents relating to purchase and sale of commercial property, commercial leases, and real estate development projects.
• Understanding of title commitments and surveys.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a paralegal.
• Strong writing skills with the ability to articulate clearly and effectively.
• Proficiency in legal research and document management.
• Familiarity with case law, legal procedures, and court rules.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
