Position Responsibilities: Process customer orders and inquiries collaboratively in a state-of-the-art call center. Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat. Guide customers through Uline's website and online ordering process. Become an expert on our products and solutions! We’ll provide the training to help you answer questions about products, pricing, and shipping with confidence. Minimum Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred. Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we are excited to train you to deliver legendary service!
