  • Oversee training and development efforts that reinforce culture and support employee career growth.
  • Launch and manage employee recognition programs that celebrate those who exemplify our values.
  • Establish mechanisms to gather and act on employee feedback to inform ongoing culture initiatives.
  • Develop internal communication strategies to promote transparency and cultural consistency across locations.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on culture-related KPIs, providing insights and recommendations to the HR leadership team.
  • Stay abreast of organizational development trends and best practices and apply them within the CHAGEE context.
  • Plan and execute culture-building events and team activities that bring our values to life.

Experience you need to be successful:

  • Extensive experience in organizational development and culture-building, particularly in the retail or food and beverage industry.
  • Strong strategic planning and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Familiarity with HR platforms and organizational development tools.
  • Deep knowledge of employee engagement, recognition, and inclusion best practices.
  • High attention to detail and a creative approach to culture-building.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and lead through influence.
  • Passion for people, purpose, and creating positive employee experiences.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary
  • 401K with company match to secure your future
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance with company contribution for individuals and dependents
  • On-site fitness center and wellness programs
  • Generous paid time off and sick policy
  • Income protection including Disability, Life, and AD&D insurance
  • EAP Program to support your wellness objectives
