Operations Process Manager

As a digital transformation architect on our team, you'll transform efficiency to customers by designing, planning and overseeing governance compliance, technology integration and process reengineering. Using customer requirements, technological demands, and next-generation user expectations, you'll work alongside key stakeholders and other team members to share your expertise on technical ecosystems and implement transformative processes to our client.
In this role, you'll directly impact the client's mission by driving process integration and streamlining to enhance business needs, operations, and procedures into an effective and sustainable system. You Have: \n - 2+ years of experience driving process improvements and operational efficiency efforts across technical teams
\n - Experience working in Agile environments, leveraging scrum and agile processes
\n - Knowledge of DevSecOps tools and processes
\n - Ability to translate strategic initiatives into actionable plans with clearly defined outcomes and manage end-to-end process improvement initiatives, demonstrating initiative, accountability, and self-direction
\n - Ability to collaborate and align various teams and stakeholder agendas
\n - Ability to regularly engage with senior-ranking officials in high-visibility and high-pressure settings
\n - Secret clearance
\n - Bachelor's degree

\n - Knowledge of the full IT lifecycle
\n - Project Management Professional Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
