Greenspring Personal Medicine, a Lutherville based 6 physician MDVIP affiliated practice is seeking a dynamic, forward thinking practice administrator. We are seeking a candidate who shares our vision of a patient centered approach, to compliment our innovative healthcare team.

Job Title: Medical Practice Manager Reports to: President, EOE

POSITION SUMMARY

This is a full-time, on-site position. The Practice Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the company including patient care, personnel management, facility management, marketing and assistance with financial tasks. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent communication and organizational skills who can work collaboratively with physicians and staff to ensure the highest level of healthcare delivery and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience managing a medical practice
• Direct clinical experience
• Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance
• Knowledge of medical best practices and incentive programs (ACO, MIPS)
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage, mentor and motivate staff and prioritize tasks
• Experience with EMR and practice management software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Experience with marketing and public relations is a plus
• Billing and coding experience is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
