Mailroom Associate

Onsite

Hours: Irregular schedule - Monday - Friday start time 5:00am 

\n

Monday/Tuesday typically 12-hour days

\n

Wednesday - Friday start time 7:00am (typically 5-8 hours each day)

\n

Occastional Weekend: 2 hours on a Saturday every 2 months

\n

Pay Rate: $16.00/hr, which may be below your state's minimum wage. Please take this into consideration when applying.

About the Role:

\n \n

\n

As a Mailroom Associate, you will receive, process, and ensure paper document integrity and classification before scanning the image. Your help will make a positive difference for the organization you support. You will be able to maintain HIPAA compliance in keeping a secure work environment. 

\n

As a Mailroom Associate, you will be responsible for: 

\n \n

\n

\n
• Providing production services to client operations by performing administrative tasks such as data entry, document processing, and scanning
\n
• Receiving documents in both electronic and hard copy forms for accurate processing 
\n
• Processing documents by following internal processes and identifying any gaps in required information 
\n
• Identifying documents and their purpose to create a database of information 
\n

Requirements: 

\n \n

To be successful in this role you will: 

\n \n

\n

\n
• High school diploma or GED experience 
\n
• 1-2 years in a working environment
\n
• Office work environment, 40+ work hours per week
\n
• Ability to demonstrate basic PC/Internet skills Minimum Requirements:
\n
• Computer Skills: knowledge of using a mouse, keyboard, etc.
\n
• Must be able to submit to and pass a background screening
\n
• Must be receptive to coaching and training as minimal quality requirements are in place
\n
• The ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced production environment 
\n
• Strong work ethic with strong reliability and dependability. 
\n
• Effective and accurate verbal communication skills. 
\n
• Effective in consistently following processing rules for enhanced quality
\n

Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation and/or benefits-related information. For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $28,000 - $35,000.
