Job Details: • Dates of Coverage: ASAP Start – 3-6 months, with option to extend, as needed • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30am-4:15pm.  • Setting: Clinic • No Call  • Daily Responsibilities: Providing patient coverage in person – Injections, Fluoroscopy, HSG’s, BMD’s – Radiologist will review and sign off • PPD/Census: Injections 20 minutes, Fluoroscopy 20-30 Minutes, HSG’s 60 Minutes • Procedures Required/Preferred: Injections, Fluoroscopy, HSG • EMR: Epic  • Vaccination Requirement: Required with Booster • Credentialing timeframe: Estimated 45-60 Days     Requirements: • Active unrestricted CO License or IMLC • Active AHA ACLS & BLS certifications  • Minimum 3 years of experience  • Board Certified/Eligible  • Full-time coverage is mandatory—no deviations from the requested schedule will be accepted. • Must be able to provide at least 2 supervisory references. • Clean Malpractice/Background  View what our Candidate partners are saying about us!
