Job Description

This role can be fully remote, hybrid, or in person at our beautiful Newton, Massachusetts location. Position Overview The Learning Management Systems (LMS) Administrator provides technical leadership for the Talent and Development team's LMS. This position is responsible for implementing, maintaining, and analyzing content, assets, and other resources managed by the T&D team in the LMS. Required Experiences Manage routine operations, use, and configuration of the LMS. Upload, test, and revise learning content such as eLearning modules and documents. Assess existing content and recommend learning solutions based on needs analysis. Build curricula and programs as required. Generate and analyze reports to provide data insights. Make recommendations for LMS use and content based on search patterns and user feedback. Respond to and troubleshoot training course issues and inquiries. Manage training rosters and user transcripts. Collaborate with the HRIS team to resolve learner issues promptly. Coordinate with the Education and Development team on LMS maintenance and usage. Use analytics to evaluate the impact of learning initiatives. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree, certification in adult learning technology, or 6+ years experience in adult learning technology or a related field. At least 3 years of LMS management experience. Experience with adult learning technology and content management, preferably with Cornerstone. Compensation and Benefits The annual salary range for this role is $0-$56,000. Actual offers depend on experience, education, certifications, location, and other factors.
