  • P&L Expertise : Demonstrated experience managing P&L statements, with a history of delivering financial improvements through Lean strategies.

  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, industrial engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MHA) or Lean certification (e.g., Lean Six Sigma Black Belt) strongly preferred.

  • Skills :

    • Expertise in Lean methodologies, including value stream mapping, kaizen, and waste reduction, tailored to healthcare environments.

    • Strong financial acumen to align operational improvements with P&L goals.

    • Exceptional communication and leadership skills to engage diverse stakeholders.

    • Proven ability to manage complex projects remotely with strong organizational skills.

  • Technical Proficiency : Experience with healthcare IT systems (e.g., EHRs) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau) is a plus.

  • Location : Fully remote, open to candidates nationwide (U.S.).

Contract Details
  • Type : Contract, 6–12 months (with potential for extension based on project needs).

  • Hours : Flexible, approximately 20–40 hours per week, depending on project scope.

  • Compensation : Competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience.
