The Product Specialist - Debt Advisory - IC6 researches, analyzes, and prepares ratings analyses, support documents and client presentation materials as requested by the team and management. Analyzes companies from a financial, operational, competitive and industry standpoint. Researches and analyzes industries and market data. Builds complex financial models utilizing Microsoft Excel. Performs transaction due diligence. Prepares Client pitch and transaction materials and presentations. Develops and maintains a strong understanding of and familiarity with Rating Agencies’ methodology and criteria. Ensures compliance with all policy, legal and federal regulations. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience: Business or equivalent field. - Required. 2 – 4 Years of Rating Agency Experience - Required. 1 - 3 Years Financial Services industry experience. - Preferred. Ability to be flexible, adapt to changing priorities and prioritize deadlines. Ability to manage and uphold departmental standards. Process-oriented, detailed and strong aesthetic sensibility. Advanced in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with ability to learn new software(s). Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills and project management skills. FINRA Licenses 7 and 63 required. It Would Be Nice For You To Have: Established work history or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education. What Else You Need To Know : The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.
