ROLE DESCRIPTION: As Team member for Adrian Wilcox Agency, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES: - Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist clients with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
Flexible work from home options available.
Compensation: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year

- We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance, and Renters Insurance.

- Our office is open 9:00 AM - 5:00PM.
- We currently have 3 team members at our agency.
