HVAC Manager
Location:  Maitland, FL |  Pay:  $70,000–$80,000 | 

A leading HVAC manufacturer is seeking a Commercial HVAC Manager to lead technical support efforts for commercial and industrial HVAC systems. This role requires hands-on troubleshooting and prior management experience.

Key Duties:

• Lead and perform technical troubleshooting (phone/field)

• Supervise installations, warranty service, and field repairs

• Train and support field technicians and internal staff

• Coordinate with engineering, quality, and service teams

Qualifications:

• Associate degree or 3+ years of HVAC technical and management experience

• Strong knowledge of refrigeration cycles and system controls

• Skilled in diagnostic tools, documentation, and technical training

• Proven leadership and communication abilities

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
