Join Our Team as a Commercial HVAC Service Manager at Progressive Mechanical Services! Progressive Mechanical Services, a family-owned HVAC/R company established in 2017, is looking for a dependable Commercial HVAC Service Manager to join our team.

In this key leadership role, you'll oversee our service department operations, mentor a talented team of technicians, manage customer relationships, and ensure every job meets our high standards for safety, efficiency, and quality.

Pay Range: $85,000-95,000 annually + bonus opportunities

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 7:00am - 5:00pm with occasional weekend hours initially to work side-by-side with leadership at the start of employment Comprehensive Benefits:

Your Role as a Commercial HVAC Service Manager:

• Lead, mentor, and manage HVAC service technicians, including scheduling, performance reviews, and training
• Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, ensuring satisfaction and timely contract renewals
• Oversee service schedules, preventative maintenance, emergency repairs, and dispatch
• Provide technical guidance for diagnosing and repairing complex HVAC systems
• Manage departmental budgets, approve costs, and ensure profitability
• Enforce safety protocols, lead regular safety meetings, and ensure regulatory compliance
• Prepare service invoices and performance reports, maintaining accurate records of all service work

What We're Looking For:

• Proven leadership experience in HVAC service management (commercial experience preferred)
• 5-7 years of experience in HVAC installation or service field, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory role
• Highly organized, with experience managing schedules, invoicing, and coordinating teams
• EPA Certification is required (additional industry certifications required)
• Commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency
• Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills
