What You'll Do:

• Oversee all service operations, ensuring HVAC repairs, maintenance, and installations are completed efficiently, on time, and to our high standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop service technicians, helping them improve skills, performance, and career growth.
• Manage schedules, coordinate with office staff, and maintain smooth day-to-day operations.
• Monitor department KPIs (customer satisfaction, service efficiency, profitability) and implement strategies to achieve goals.
• Act as the primary point of contact for escalated service issues, providing technical expertise and customer support.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control across all projects.

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent (additional technical training preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in residential and light commercial HVAC services.
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience in the HVAC industry.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
• EPA Universal Certification (NATE Certification is a plus; we'll reimburse you for completing it).
• Familiarity with Lennox products preferred.

Schedule:

Regular hours: 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Some overtime may be required based on seasonal demand.
